Objective: Through Julie’s unique skill set and a personal rapport of safety and amicability, the leadership team connects and shares strengths, challenges and resolutions creating a unified, more empowered company leadership.

~ I just wanted to let you know that I’m really encouraged by the outcome from the events this week, I’m already seeing better communication, people reaching out more frequently to ask questions or for favors, but mostly, I’m seeing a lack of backstabbing and rumors, I really feel like the outcome was very positive. I’ll keep the feedback coming, but I keep hearing really good comments from people and it feels like we are a team.
