Includes interactive sessions, materials and a follow-up session with Advantage (via conference call or video conferencing) to review effective results, being impactful managers and questions and concerns.
Step Three: Arming all staff with communication resources for greater teamwork
Half-Day Training with Production/Sales/Office Employees* to teach communication and relations skills, emphasizing the vision encouraging teamwork, collaboration and offering guidelines for success.
Includes interactive sessions & materials. The follow-up is with each individual and their manager to identify high points of job, skills not currently used, communication type with strengths and challenges, action items for greater fulfillment and productivity. (*includes Middle Managers co-training)
